Good to know
What counts as one Coin?
A Coin is a complete check: instant card, X check and report for one address. Viewing a finished report again later does not count as a new Coin. If a report fails, it is not counted.

Your account under "Usage" shows how many coins you have checked this month, how many are left and when the counter starts again at zero. Nothing is quietly recalculated.

Short answer
How does the test work?
You get 3 Test Coins once, with no credit card and no subscription. This lets you check three real Coins before you choose a plan. Test Coins are available once per account and per internet connection.
What happens when my Coins run out?
Then you wait until next month or switch to a bigger plan. Nothing is recalculated automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, online and without a reason, via "Cancel contracts here" at the bottom of every page or in your account. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, after which nothing more is charged.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. The annual plan costs as much as ten months and runs for twelve months. You still get your Coins anew every month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, anytime in your account. An upgrade takes effect immediately, a downgrade from the next billing period.
How do I pay?
By card via our payment provider Stripe. Which other payment methods you see depends on your country. You don't need payment details for the trial.
Do unused coins expire?
Yes, at the end of the month. The counter restarts every month.
